Year 3 used a map, atlases and a globe to find out where we are in the world. They know that the UK is in Europe in the Northern Hemisphere. They can name the oceans and seas surrounding us and they can name the nearest countries.They also used lines of latitude and longitude to locate the position of a number of countries in the world. Great work Year 3!
