Every Wednesday Year Six take part in the ‘Soundstart Programme’ delivered by Newcastle Music Service. Over the course of Years Five and Six, all children learn to play an instrument and how to read musical notation.
Year 3 are really enjoying their weekly music lesson with Mr Rudkin. They moved their lesson into the hall this week where they played ukulele to the Bee Gee’s song ‘Stayin’ Alive’. They are making good progress and they sounded great!
